1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop at www.caelence.de, operated by DS Brands
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in their current version at the time of purchase.

3. Conclusion of Contract

  • Product listings in our online shop are non-binding offers.

  • By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding order.

  • A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email.

4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

  • We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, UnionPay), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, iDEAL, EPS, Bancontact.

  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and PayPal.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to all countries within the European Union.

  • Standard delivery time: 5–12 working days, depending on the destination country.

  • Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

  • Customers have the right to return products within 30 days of receipt without giving reasons.

  • In case of any returns, please contact our customer support or email us at info@caelence.de

  • Customers bear the direct cost of return shipping.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

7. Warranty & Liability

  • Statutory warranty rights under German law apply.

  • We are not liable for minor deviations in color, dimensions, or materials due to manufacturing processes.

  • We are only liable for intent and gross negligence, unless essential contractual obligations are affected.

8. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see separate page).

9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

  • German law applies to all legal relationships between the parties, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

  • The place of jurisdiction is Cologne, Germany, if you are a merchant, legal entity, or have no general place of jurisdiction within the EU.

10. Final Provisions

If individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
