Processing & Shipping

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are fulfilled via fulfillment partners.


Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery time within the European Union: 5–12 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and external factors beyond our control.

  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and vary depending on the destination country and order size.

  • Any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Area

  • We currently deliver to all countries within the European Union.

  • If you are located outside the EU, please contact us before placing an order.


Failed Delivery / Wrong Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • In case of a failed delivery due to wrong address details, the customer will bear any additional shipping costs.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@caelence.de with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • In the rare case of a lost package, we will contact the shipping provider and arrange a replacement or refund.
